A 12 week Temp to Perm opportunity has arisen for a Bookkeeper to join a rapidly growing company who specialise in deliveries, removals and storage solutions based in Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire
Role details:
- Monday to Friday
- 8am till 4pm
- 12 week temp to perm opportunity
- £17.93* per hour
Day to day accounting responsibilities (including but not limited to:)
- Manage both accounts payable and receivable
- Daily financial entries and reconciliation
- Debt Management / Credit Control
- Production of Invoices
- Tracking Budgets
- Preparation of financial reports - monthly/annual VAT return
- Review business spend and procurement processes
- Review and support business processes and make suggestions for change
Required skills, experience, and qualifications:
- AAT Quailified - All levels considered
- Sage and Xero experience
- Provide a high level of accuracy and precision to tasks
- Must be organised, analytical, methodical
- Must be able to multi-task and prioritise workload within specific deadlines.
- Previous experience using CRM’s
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
- Previous experience in the Warehousing/Distribution industry would be advantageous
