My client a Chartered Accountant Practice based in North Leeds are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper.
You will become part of a busy team who are responsible for a variety of clients. Clients will typically be small limited companies, partnerships and sole traders from a variety of industries.
Duties of Bookkeeper
* Completion of VAT returns & client bookkeeping
* Bank reconciliations
* Liaising with clients
* Processing purchase and sales invoices, receipts and payments
* Preparation of accounts for sole traders, limited companies and partnerships
* Dealing with HMRC
Skills
* Knowledge of SAGE is essential
* Good systems skills including MS Excel
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Organised and accurate with attention to detail
* Minimum 2 years' bookkeeping experience
