I am currently recruiting on behalf of my client, based in�Liverpool,�for an experienced�Bookkeeper.

I am seeking a highly organized and experienced Bookkeeper to join the team full-time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial records across the company.

About the role:

• Complete monthly bank reconciliations


• Monthly and Weekly Reporting to management


• Prepare bank payment runs and reconciliations


• Maintain ledgers in Sage for management


• Credit Control


• VAT preparation


• Creditor payments


• Payroll processing


• Supporting Directors with month end reporting.


• Keeping Sage up to date

Hours and Pay:

• Monday to Friday


• Salary up to �33,000 - dependent on experience


• 25 days Annual Leave & bank holidays

About you:

• Bookkeeping experience


• Experience using Sage


• Credit control experience


• Accounts payable experience


• Competent daily user of Microsoft Office and Excel


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy


• Ability to meet deadlines and targets


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
