Retail Store Manager for Growing Sports Apparel and Equipment Business
We are seeking an entrepreneurial and dynamic individual to join a fast-growing family-run business specializing in sports and performance apparel and equipment. This is a unique opportunity to join a small, dedicated team, where you will have a direct impact on the success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of our store(s), ensuring excellent customer service and smooth operational efficiency.
Take ownership of stock management, including overseeing inventory levels, restocking, and visual merchandising to optimize sales.
Develop a deep understanding of the brands and products we offer, retaining key details to help customers make informed purchases.
Train, motivate, and lead a small team of 3-6 staff members, with the team growing during peak season from November to March.
Maintain store appearance and ensure a high standard of cleanliness and organization is met.
Foster a positive working environment with an emphasis on teamwork and collaboration.

Support business growth by contributing to future buying decisions, helping to select the best products to align with customer demand and market trends.
