Branch Assistant/ Yard Operative - Cambridge

• Working Hours: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm (Hours may vary)
• £26K - 22 days holiday + Bank holidays
• 4X salary - Death in service
• Around £3K bonus if targets are hit
• ASAP start - Possible temp to perm option

Job Description
Together with our client we are actively looking to appoint a Branch/Yard Assistant to join a friendly team. If you are a flexible individual who enjoys a small team environment, likes being outdoors and can provide excellent customer service, this may be the perfect fit for you!
Your job - This role involves:

• Processing and picking customer orders accurately
• Loading and unloading of vehicles using a fork lift (Desirable)
• Providing customers with product and service information, including serving on the trade counter when required
• Keeping a safe, organised and professional looking yard
• General warehouse duties

Job Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Literacy & Numeracy
• An understanding of Health & Safety in a work environment
• Warehouse/yard experience
• A good knowledge of computers
• Fork Lift licence (desirable - Although my client would be willing to put you through training)
