Location: Thetford

Salary: Basic Salary up to �25000, up to �50,000 OTE

Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Thetford area and are recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager on a full time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Leading daily meetings
• Coaching and mentoring the team to achieve KPI's.
• Assessing and monitoring teams' performance
• Generating new and repeat business.
• Building relationships with vendors and buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Following the standards for all regulatory bodies.

Essential skills

• Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
• Experience within an estate agency at a senior negotiator position, a property valuer position or higher
• Ability to create and action business plans
• Relationship builder
• Excellent communication
• Strong understanding and knowledge or current
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive
• Good telephone manner
• Strong IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
