BRANCH MANAGER – Residential Estate Agency

Location: Banstead, SM7

Salary: OTE £80k+

Position: Permanent – Full Time

As a result of expansion, an established, local independent Estate & Lettings Agency with offices in the Banstead area are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to help drive the team and increase the market share of this well-known and highly visible brand.

You will need have a great track record in Estate Agency property sales, instruction generation and team management. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the office and providing the team with direction and inspiration.

You will be a professional, committed, performance focused, experienced Estate Agent with exceptional communication and supervisory skills; determination, and enthusiasm and be able to deliver the very highest customer service and in turn deliver great result.

The perfect candidate will have previous experience as a in Estate Agency and be looking to take the next step in their career. Familiarity with the local area would be helpful.

Competitive salary, high basic and car allowance!

Whilst the company would prefer a candidate who is already in a similar position, they might also consider a strong, experienced Assistant Branch Manager who feels ready to step up to a new challenge!

Skills: The skills required for this Branch Manager (Estate Agent) role will include:

Experienced Branch Sales Manager or aspiring Assistant Manager
Experience in valuations and gaining instructions
NFOPP qualification a benefit (not essential)
Articulate and with excellent inter-personal skills
High level of customer service skills
Great telephone manner and positive attitude
Exceptionally well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Knowledge of Banstead and surrounding area helpful
Full Driving License essential and own car
Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
