We're looking to recruit a talented, highly motivated and inspirational leader to be our next Branch Manager in Brighton.
As a Branch Manager, you'll haveultimate responsibility for the sales performance of the branch, strengthening and building on existing relationships with customers and generating new business through face-to-face and online sales. Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, you will deliver on our promise of Best Product, Best Price, and Best Service.
You will be an inspiring leader withexcellent communication skills,capable ofbuilding strong relationships with your colleagues and develop them todeliver truly exceptional service. Self-driven and proactive, you will constantly seek to develop yourself in order to maximise theperformance of the teamthrough your leadership skills and ability to plan, prioritise, delegate, and empower.
In order to achieve this,we will provide you with an individualised and comprehensive onboarding and continuous development programme. Thisincludes mentoring, leadership coaching, our suite of Williams learning programmes, the support and guidance of your Network Manager and, for the right individual, the opportunity to study for external qualifications in leadership and management.

A salary of up to £50,000
40-hour working week, Monday to Friday
