Your Role

 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a vital role in delivering personal, expert real estate guidance that ensures an exceptional experience every time. Key responsibilities include:






  • Business Management: Oversee profitability and growth, seeking new leads to drive success.

  • Team Leadership: Motivate and inspire your team through meetings and coaching sessions.

  • Listing Expertise: Help vendors achieve the best sale prices with excellent service and support.

  • Market Insight: Stay informed on local market trends, building your reputation as a trusted expert.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with your team to match potential buyers with new properties.

Benefits & Earnings








  • Base Salary: Up to £35,000

  • On-Target Earnings: £45,000–£55,000, with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months.

  • Work Schedule: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off).

  • Additional Perks: Holiday commission, 33 paid holidays plus a day off on your birthday, a pension, private healthcare, life insurance, structured career path, and paid entry for charity events.
