Branch Sales Manager

We are recruiting on behalf of an expanding family owned retail company who are looking for a passionate, keen and enthusiastic Sales Manager to join their small sales team in Tewkesbury.

The role is about generating sales but is definitely not a hard sell – you will work towards realistic sales targets and generate new business through a self-motivated approach

You will need to be a people person who enjoys engaging with individuals, someone who likes to make a difference and can solve customer’s queries.  A good listener, who knows your products and how to assist customers to make the right purchase to suit their requirements.

Key Skills:

• Sales experience is preferred but not essential – full product and sales training is given.


• Self-motivated individual who thrives on delivering the best customer service while achieving their set goals.


• Ability to work within a small team to achieve sales targets.


• Excellent time management


• A good understanding of Microsoft Office

The company provide extra space solutions and leisure options in an ever-growing market, and you and your Team would be selling luxury, quality garden rooms and home offices, along with hot tubs and ancillary products to retail customers.  As part of your role, you would be required to do site visits/surveys, so it is essential you have your own transport and some knowledge of the home improvement industry.

Salary is £31,600 plus uncapped commission.

Hours: Full Time to include weekends
