Our Brand Manager will report directly to the Content Marketing Director responsible for branded, PR and digital content delivered for one of our flagship global platforms in the Gambling.com Group. With a focus on Sports, Casino and Entertainment when it comes to the news, key events and talking points in the gambling space.The right candidate will be expected to be interested in and/or understand the various types of online gambling activities and have a strong interest in sports/sports betting.Experience and a good understanding of gambling social media and other digital channels across affiliate marketing, earned media, display and SEO is an advantage. Expect to be a key leader for process and implementation across our content marketing campaigns, telling stories and creating positive brand engagement with our talented team of PR, Social, Email and News Content creators.This role requires attention to detail, a genuine competitive commercial focus, exposure to SEO tactics, high value content media production and commercial writing techniques with proven ability to lead a team across all types of earned media within a gaming/gambling genre.Core ResponsibilitiesManaging a team of PR Outreach Specialists turning content into earned media and valuable placements.Managing PR Agencies, ensuring standards and KPIs are met alongside defined goals.Develop innovative, creative and unique campaigns that secure digital PR placements in national and regional media, trade publications, blogs, and other websites.Managing our Social output, creating strategy and providing mentoring across our Brand Team ensuring best industry practice, compliance and delivering audience growth alongside complimentary KPIs. Campaign Management, Project Management, Ideation and Sprint/Campaign PlanningLeadership for a consistent style and tone, adherence to editorial playbooks and guidelines, for all Sporting and Casino Content across designated platforms.Ensure commercial opportunity within all on/off site produced media matches commercial standards, regulation, internal and industry guidelines.Budget management for platform expenses across content and media where required and regularly reporting results.KPI reporting, presentation of results and successesCompetitor Analysis to identify areas of earned media opportunity.Work with cross functional teams including editorial, design and SEO to provide PR support for website, market launches and our partner marketing efforts.Managing & upskilling editorial staff, diversifying their roles to suit sites and tasks.Requirements3-5 years’ experience of digital & integrated marketing programs and platforms.Demonstrable experience in Social Media across Sports betting, Casino or similar.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Competitive mindset, passion for storytelling and willingness to explore new and innovative ways to deliver them.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.Desirable QualitiesIn-depth knowledge of sports and casino contentExisting gaming media and PR relationships. Experience leading an editorial team in online digital content.Experience leading a PR focused team and earning media placements.Experience using SEO content tools like SEMRUSH / AHRefs / GA
