Who we are:Collection Cosmetics and Personal Care (Meiyume Retail Solutions Limited)Location: Aintree, LiverpoolDo you want to be a part of an established UK beauty company, providing affordable quality cosmetics and personal care products?We are looking for a passionate Brand Manager, who is a real team player with a love for all things beauty and personal care. We have big product launch plans for 2025 onwards and having recently expanded our brand portfolio we are looking for a real self-starter who will live and breathe our brands, owning and helping to launch products that our customers will continue to love. As a Brand Manager you will be report into and support the Senior Product Manager, but be given freedom to make your mark, being actively involved in creation of products, branding, copywriting and project management. We are a small close-knit team, with an ambitious and fast-paced culture, looking for a commercially minded individual who loves beauty, to join us on our exciting journey, bringing fresh and creative thinking. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Own a number of personal care and colour cosmetics product launches, across the year, including competitor research, writing briefs, feeding back on samples, writing pack copy and marketing claims, briefing artwork and creating marketing sheets/presentations.·
Work with the Beauty Technologist to brief product formulations to suppliers globally.·
Try out product samples and use competitor samples too!·
Attend trade shows and seminars to widen industry knowledge and gather inspiration, in the UK and abroad. ·
Work cross functionally with technical, sales and communications teams internally·
Populate relevant areas of shared documents and timelines, keeping them updated and shared with internal stakeholders ·
Ensure all documentation and artwork are ready, approved and submitted to suppliers and retailers on time.·
Analyse sales volumes, year on year trends and growth to propose product launches, and also which products to discontinue. ·
Use sources such as Mintel to keep up to date on trends within the beauty industry, feeding this knowledge to the wider team·
Conduct frequent competitor and store reviews and keep abreast of new competitor launches and brand gap analysis, presenting back insights·
Assisting the Senior Product Manager in preparing and running innovation brainstorming days·
Use commercial knowledge and industry insights to assist the Senior Product Manager to build the product launch pipeline for multiple brands·
Build and tailor presentations to different retailers and environments·
Confidently present product ideas and knowledge within the business, to our retailers and other key stakeholders globally, in person and via TeamsAbout you: ·
Passport and driving license essential ·
1- 2 years experience in marketing ·
A proven track record for product launches is desirable but not essential·
Strong organization skills and good ability to multi task and manage timelines·
Driven, hard working, and ability to manage own workload ·
Skills in statistical analysis and presenting data·
A high level of creativity and innovation·
