With an impressive senior leadership team bringing renewed focus to the brand portfolio, this role is ideal for an experienced ‘foodie’ FMCG marketer, with full mix experience and a deep understanding of UK grocery retail. If you’ve managed a leading consumer brand and can demonstrate your skills across strategy and planning, consumer insights, NPD, project management, shopper marketing and activation, digital (including social and content) and commercial disciplines, we’re keen to hear from you. We’re looking for an established Brand Manager – a committed team player with an open and collaborative approach, but equally capable of working under your own direction. Passionate about brands and consumers, you understand the key values and drivers that differentiate your brand from the competition. Using data and insights to guide your strategy and planning, you have a clear vision of what success looks like, and can persuade and influence across functions to make it happen. You have extensive experience managing campaigns and budgets, and have worked with external partners such as agencies and licensors to drive growth and optimise return for the business. A confident communicator with strong presentation skills, you’re in your element working at pace across multiple projects. A natural problem-solver and creative thinker, you can navigate complexity and course-correct to achieve objectives. This is a hybrid role, but regular on-site working and flexibility around key meetings will be essential for effective project management and optimum success.
