About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join a highly reputable hospital based in Lincoln as part of the Mammography team. The role involves working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent, joining a friendly and motivated imaging team who are highly skilled in providing exceptional knowledge and services across the hospital. The team are passionate about providing person-centred care and putting patients at the heart of everything they do, and we are looking for a like-minded Breast Imaging Superintendent to join them.  This is an exciting time for an experienced Breast Imaging Superintendent to join a well-established organisation and improve our daily management of service provision. while advancing your career.
Duties and responsibilities

You will be working as a Breast Imaging Superintendent and will be responsible for:
 


  • Daily HR management, recruitment, and scheduling.
  • Daily problem-solving and decision-making for optimal service coverage.
  • Ensuring compliance with national and local guidelines and governance for staff, equipment, and policies.
  • Guaranteeing the highest quality care for service users and proper investigation of any complaints.


About you:
 


  • BSc (Hons) in Radiography
  • Valid HCPC or equivalent with no restrictions
  • SoR accredited Post Graduate Mammography Certificate
  • IELTS Level 7, CEFR level C1 if English isn't your first language.
  • Demonstrated senior-level management experience in a similar role in the UK
  • Proven track record of effectively leading and managing teams.
  • Previous experience in enhancing services and implementing change.
  • Familiarity with performance review and development processes as well as application of Knowledge and Skills Framework (KSF).
