As the successful applicant

• BREEAM consultant will be rating and certifying the environmental and sustainability of commercial buildings
• BREEAM Consultant will be working from office local to their location or a Hybrid model
• BREEAM Consultant will be taking the lead in BREEAM assessments from pre-assessment through to completion and post completion
• BREEAM Consultant will advise clients on sustainability measures
• BREEAM Consultant will be given training and development opportunities within thermal modelling, SBEM and Sap assessments
• BREEAM Consultant will be able to register as an EPC assessor

• BREEAM consultant will be experianced in rating and certifying the environmental and sustainability of commercial buildings
• BREEAM Consultant will be experienced in writing assessment reports
• BREEAM Consultant will be a licenced BREEAM assessor
