Bricklayer - Sheffield - £16.26 PAYE or £19.07 Umb - Maintenance - social housing - NVQ - Driver's licence Your new company Our client, based inSheffield, require a NVQ level 2 (or equivalent) bricklayer to performmaintenance work for £16.26 per hour PAYE premium (£14.51 basic) or £19.07 per hour Umbrella. Your new role Your role is key toensuring the overall quality of life of residents, as well as the aesthetics ofthe properties. You will work on various projects dealing withissues/complaints from residents. This role is 37 hours a week. Monday to Fridaybetween 8:30am-4:30pm. What you'll need to succeed Youmust have an NVQ level 2 and experience working within domestic properties. Youwill also require a full clean driving licence as well as own hand tools. What you'll get in return Youwill be provided with a van and fuel to use during work hours, as well as powertools. You must be able to collect/return from the city centre depot, whereuniform will also be provided. Weekly pay.
