The Role:
To drive new business initiatives and offer short-term lending solutions for residential and commercial property developments, ranging from refurbishments to "ground-up" projects across England, Wales, and Scotland.

Expectations of the role:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the bridging and development finance sector.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and other key stakeholders
- Work closely with the underwriting, credit, and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of transactions and exceptional service delivery
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with clients.
- Ensure all documentation and agreements comply with company policies and regulations.
- Attend at least 2-3 appointments daily to foster client relationships and secure new business.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of bridging and development finance products and services.
Skills & Experience required:
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience within a secured lending or residential mortgage market
- Proven track record of sales & service
- Experience working with B2B & B2C clients, including intermediaries, brokers, and direct borrowers within a secured lending background
- Strong understanding of bridging and development finance products and services.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and financial intermediaries.
- CeMAP desired although not essential
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, passionate with a desire to succeed in all areas
