Our client is a leading lender to small and medium-sized UK-based enterprises, offering financial solutions to support a range of business needs. They are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to contribute to the achievement of their Mortgage and Bridging Finance sales targets, playing a key role in expanding their business.

  • From between £65k - £75k  plus - depending on evidenced sales

Responsibilities:




  • Drive mortgage applications, completions, and associated activity targets through effective relationship management and face-to-face interactions.

  • Contribute to achieving the Bridging Finance sales target 

  • Research the market, identifying new business opportunities

  • Stay property-focused and aware of changes in the market

  • Point of contact for brokers, intermediaries, and the wider team

  • Work closely with underwriters, and case managers to ensure smooth & efficient drawdowns

  • Develop a Strategic Action Plan

  • Focus on industry-specific trade shows, networking events, and conferences that are highly attended by your target market (e.g., mortgage or bridging-related events).
