Brokerage Team Leader - Temporary – Hybrid – Around £20 per hourWe are currently supporting an organisation in the West Midlands in the recruitment of a Brokerage Team Leader on a temporary basis. You will manage a team of Brokerage officers to ensure smooth operation of service. This team works to source for care on behalf of social work teams. You will also support the Commissioners in gathering commissioning intelligence internally and externally.This role may also involve:Contacting care providers to arrange care for people coming out of hospitalNegotiating costs with providersWorking with the social care team to ensure people are going into care in a timely mannerFor this role, you would require strong contract management experience and a working knowledge of adult social care. You will also need good leadership skills. This role offers hybrid working and weekly pay.
