Building Control Inspector - Class 3 HRB projects Open to Surveyors registered to 2C and above
Salary - £60,000 - £80,000
Working on a range of High risk building with existing loyal clients with an employer who will prioritise your job satisfaction. They know that good surveyors want the chance to do their job well. So they put technical excellence above profits.
The work will be flexible and you can manage your schedule. There is an office to use but you will have the option to collaborate where you need to. Typically, you would spend 1 or 2 days on site and work remotely the rest of the time.
You will need to be a registered Building Inspector who is registered already to at least 2C and want to increase your registration level
You'll be consistently rewarded for your hard work and have the recognition you deserve. Your pay reviews will be twice a year so as you progress your portfolio and experience, you'll be rewarded as such.
About the Role As a Building Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients.
