Building Control Inspector
Class 2A minimum
Salary from £50,000 - £65,000
If you want a role where the travel is limited and the workload is clear from the outset then this will be right up your street. You'll work as a registered building inspector (RBI) on domestic projects - class 2A and 2B mostly.
The role focusses on site inspection, so if you prefer to be out surveying then this is the right role for you
You'll be covering North London, you'll never be travelling more than 40 minutes from home.
About the Role As a Building Control Inspector, you'll be responsible for inspecting various projects, ensuring compliance with building regulations, and providing high-quality service to clients. You'll spend 4 days out on site and you'll have a whole day to catch up on reports too. There isn't any expectation that you will need to work outside hours to catch up.
