Building Estimator (Junior or Experienced)

Future Build Recruitment is currently seeking a Building Estimator to join a well-established construction main contractors�estimating team on a permanent basis. The company are well established and typically deliver new build commercial projects as well as refurbishment schemes across education, commercial and transportation sectors up to �15m in value.

This role is open to both experienced and junior candidates who are looking to develop their careers within the industry. This is a full-time office-based role, with a flexible working arrangement available following a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for refurbishment and new build projects across various sectors.


• Work on rail-related building projects in public-access areas.


• Ensure accurate data entry and documentation using Excel and Word.


• Collaborate with the team to review project specifications and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Building Estimator OR a strong desire to develop skills in this field as a Junior Estimator.


• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
