Location: Watford & Surrounding Areas (Mobile)
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday)
Salary: �35,000 per annum

About the Role:

In this role, you'll perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond to reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring client sites are running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance on a variety of building systems. Including emergency lighting, fire alarms, sink flow checks, A/C filter changes, door hinges, fire door maintenance and much more.
• Handle multi-skilled tasks, including fabric repairs, basic plumbing, and basic electrical work.
• Travel across the Watford area to provide maintenance support (travel time minus half an hour each way is paid).
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulations.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: Proven experience in building maintenance, with multi-skilled expertise across fabric, plumbing, and electrics.
• Driving Licence: Full UK licence with no more than 6 points.
• Skills: Self-motivated, with a professional attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility: Willingness to travel regionally as required.
