Static - Edinburugh Mon- Fri (40 hour week)�

�35,000 + �4000 standby (1 in 6 call out)��+ 24�days holiday + BHs + Benefits

• This position is static, you will covering a large commercial site�in Edinburgh on a full time, permanent basis

Your new role -�Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Commercial mechanical�bias maintenance such as ahus, fcus, plumbing�etc & general building services maintenance on a variety of commercial buildings


• Opportunity to become a mechanical AP�


• Working Mon- Fri (40hour week) 8am- 4pm.


• Call out 1 in 6 weeks �4000 standby per annum. Overtime also available and paid at overtime rates.

What you'll need to succeed-�Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

• Experience in similar role, preferably within an FM organisation /commercial environment


• Mechanical qualification


• Commutable distance of Edinburgh
