Building Services Manager opportunity to work for an award winning contractor with much emphasis on Healthcare, Education as well as commercial/industrial . Working across the West and East Midlands. This Building Services Manager will manage schemes and have full autonomy to manage the MEP packages and sub-contractors.

It would be advantageous that your bias is Mechnaical / HVAC

This is an exciting position for this Building Services Manager to take the lead on major MEP Iconic Projects from cradle to grave

You will be responsible for

• Project management and co-ordinating the M&E Installation
• MEP design reviews and working with design consultants
• Pre-Construction
• Attending all site and client meetings
• Managing the progress and programme of the project's delivery in particular M&E.
• To minimise risks associated with the projects and involvement with VE
• Full management of the M&E subcontractors and other relevant agencies
• Health and Safety input and supervision
• Quality
• Building Services Management
• Dealing with any variations to the scope of the project

�60,000- �65,000 + Package + Car allowance + Benefits
