My client, a National Main Contractor, is looking for a Building Services Manager�to join their�Build Team based in Dorset.

You be responsible for:

As a Building Services Manager you'll be working within the Operational Team, providing building services expertise to the wider business across projects from tender to delivery and commissioning stages.�

Your day to day will include:

• Assisting with the selection of sub-contractors to tender from the supply chain


• Responsible for assisting with the management of the commissioning process and compliance of as�built and maintenance manuals


• Collate the team's Project reports and provide a summary report to the Technical Director relating to the�projects that your team has supervised


• Review Technical Submittals from sub contractors


• Checking Installation Quality

This role would be a great fit�for you if you have:

• Experience within a similar position


• Experience working within a main contracting environment, managing specialist sub contract partners.


• Delivery of large Building Services packages valued �5M +
