This well-established Contractor seeks an experienced Senior M&E Project Manager or

Building Services Manager to lead and drive a fabulous data-centre major project in Wales

in excess of �340m

You shall lead the MEP services on site to reach completion within budget and to programme.

You will be joining a top pedigree contractor who are the elite of exciting and prestigious major projects Nationwide. The team is highly driven and very focused on delivery as well as building solid and long term relationships. They pride themselves on repeat business with multinational corporations.

It is imperative that you are fully capable of managing large projects.
