Building Surveyor / Asset Manager (Railway Property)| Leeds | Up to £49,000 | Hybrid
The Civils & Infrastructure Team at Ford and Stanley are proud to be working in partnership with Network Rail, to source a Building Surveying / Asset Management specialist to operate out of their Leeds HQ.
The Opportunity
As an Asset Engineer (Buildings) within Network Rail, you will be responsible for looking after their portfolio of 1000+ building related assets, including stations, offices, depots, and lineside buildings, across their Eastern region.
You will be embedded within a very supportive team with a shared a vision and goal – to provide a high level of service for the 1.8 Billion passengers that travel the rail network every year. Your actions will be able to provide real, measurable benefits to local communities, including your own.
Network Rail is a business renowned for its emphasis on personal and professional development, and you will be encouraged to undertake further training and competencies, and you will also be supported in working towards your Chartership, should you have the drive and ambitions to do so.
