My client, a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy, is expanding its presence in Leeds and is seeking a Chartered to Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and close-knit team.
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you will be engaged in a diverse range of projects spanning the retail, education, healthcare, and public sectors. You will manage projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Preparation of specifications, obtaining tenders, and drafting contract documents.
Leading building surveying projects to meet regulatory standards and client requirements.
Liaising with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
