Building Surveyor x3 - Repairs

Our client is a Local Authority in South London, located close to London Bridge.
They are looking for 3 Building Surveyors to undertake general surveying work on behalf of their Responsive Repairs team. The typical scope of work covers adaptations, general surveying, party walls etc.
As a Building Surveyor you will provide a comprehensive professional surveying and technical service to diagnose, specify, design and facilitate a broad range building repair works and adaptations in accordance with all statutory and local legislation as well as delivering all departmental key performance requirements.
You will be expected to manage works from inception to completion, including the programming of works and supervision of contractors to deliver on budget, time and to the required quality. Through your day to day work, you will help develop and monitor practices and procedures, ensuring the required quality customer focused service.
The role is hybrid, with requirement in the office three days per week.
We are looking for those with similar experience within a Local Authority setting and a minimum of HNC qualified.
The rate is negotiable; we'd expect around £40-£45/hr (umbrella).
