Building Surveyor - Kent (Office Based) - Between �35,000 - �40,000 + Benefits - Ref:#####

I am currently recruiting for a Building Surveyor to work for one of the leading Building Surveying Companies in the UK. Salary between �35,000 - �40,000 + Benefits depending on skills and experience.

The organisation has been in operation for over 25 years and are leaders within the Building Surveying sector. They have 4 offices in the UK, employing some of the best Surveyors, Project Managers, Engineers, and Technical Specialists.

To support the ongoing growth of the business they now have the need to appoint another Building Surveyor on a permanent basis who can work from their state-of-the-art offices in Kent.

Within this role as a surveyor, you will support other team members within the practice advising clients and customers about their proposed developments. Within the role you will attend site visits including working on some very prestigious high-rise building developments. In addition to this you will be required to complete building safety cases and conduct JCT Contracts.

Ideal Requirements:

• 2 Years experience in Building Surveying
• RICS accredited Degree in Building Surveying
• Experience with Surveying Residential buildings
• Practical experience with conducting contracts (JCT)
• Knowledge of exterior cladding

Desirable:

• High - Rise Buildings
