Building Surveyor - Fully remote role with North London projects!

My client are a RICS Surveying practice, working in the commercial and residential sectors, looking for a Building Surveyor to cover their North London and home counties projects.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Building Surveyor, who can work autonomously and manage their workload.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work as part of the commercial team of 10 other Surveyors, working on range of projects across the industrial, education and commercial sectors for both private and public clients.

Your role as the chosen Building Surveyor will be to carry out the full spectrum of core surveying services including dilapidations, pre acquisitions and stock condition surveys.

Person specification

This role will suit a dedicated Building Surveyor, who is keen to be home based and can confidently run schemes alone.

• MRICS or MCIOB
• RICS accredited degree
• A consultancy background with a professional service focus
• A clean UK driving license
