Building Surveyor

I have had a requirement from my local authority client based in South Wales to onboard a Building Surveyor for a 6 month interim contract with the potential of extending further.

Requirements:

• Experience working in a similar role as Building Surveyor with a Local Authority or Housing Association.
• Experience working on planned maintenance/reactive repairs and predominantly working on commercial stock.
• RICS chartered is beneficial but not essential.

Job Details:

• Contract Length: 6 months+
• IR35 status: Inside.
• Location: South Wales.
• Rate: Negotiable DOE.
