Building Surveyor

Large housing provider in the East Midlands currently require an asset surveyor who is looking for a temp to perm opportunity for an initial period of three months.
Purpose of the role:
To contribute to the operational delivery of the asset management and reinvestment and the building compliance functions within the Property Services Department. To deliver a positive and engaged customer experience, which is compliant with statutory and regulatory bodies.
Carrying out property inspections in relation to:
Planned/capital investment works
High value responsive/void repairs
Building health and safety compliance
Stock condition surveys
- �30 - �35 an hour
- Full time
- Temp to perm
- �38,000 Annual salary
- Temp to Perm available
