Building Surveyor

An established civil, structural and surveying consultancy are looking for a driven Building Surveyor to join their Teesside office.

The Building Surveyors' role

The successful Building Surveyor will benefit from joining an established business, who have grown to become one of the largest consultancies across the North East, and pride themselves on a reputation they're proud of.

In this role, the Building Surveyor will be working on a diverse project portfolio, spanning markets such as education, public, healthcare, retail, leisure, residential and commercial, providing the perfect environment for wide project exposure and day to day variety, key if you're looking to further develop your career.

The Building Surveyor will be responsible for providing key professional services including defect analysis, condition surveys, structural surveys and party wall advice.

The Building Surveyor

The successful Building Surveyor will ideally have a solid foundation of experience behind them, both project and professional.

• MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
• Previous consultancy experience
• An ambitious and driven individual
