Building Surveyor

Our client, a multi-disciplinary Construction Consultancy, are seeking a Building Surveyor to join them in their Birmingham office. The Building Surveyor will be working on; dilapidations, schedule of conditions surveys, tender reviews, party wall work; contract administration, project management= and specification writing. This particular client is a multi-disciplinary consultancy offering clients; Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying and Principal Designer services across a broad range of commercial sectors firm minor works to major development projects ranging from £1 million to £100 million. Their benefits package includes; flexible working hours, work from home options, private medical cover, 25 days holiday and ongoing chartership support (if needed).

Building Surveyor Position Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' building surveying experience
Hold a relevant qualification
Ideally MRICS qualified (not essential)
Full driving licence
Able to work on a hybrid basis in Birmingham
