Building Surveyor

Our client a firm of RICS Chartered Building Surveyors, Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. The firm focuses on both residential and commercial projects however they support a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, education, ecclesiastical, and landlord services also. Known for their RICS-certified surveyors, they handle building surveys, project planning, and property renovations. As a company they emphasize quality and sustainable solutions, guiding clients from initial project stages through to completion.

In this role the Building Surveyor will be taking on a mixture of project based and professional services related Building Surveying work across a range of industry sectors on projects across the South Coast.

• Contract Administration of extension and refurbishment projects.

Building Surveyor Job Requirements

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Full UK Driver's License
• Strong interpersonal skills and client facing personality
• Good levels of computer literacy with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, MS Project and AutoCAD.

• Annual Salary �30k - �60k - Dependant on experience (Guide only)
