The Successful Building Surveyor's Role

As a Building Surveyor, you will be a key member of the team, engaging in both residential and commercial property projects, particularly focusing on major insurance claims.

This position offers a full spectrum of professional and project service lines, enabling you to develop and hone your surveying expertise within a well-supported environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of building surveying services across both residential and commercial properties
• Manage significant insurance-related projects from initiation to completion
• Provide professional surveying advice, including defect analysis and technical assessments
• Collaborate with senior professionals to ensure high-quality project delivery

The Ideal Building Surveyor

• RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying (MRICS beneficial but not essential)
• Previous experience within a construction-focused practice, ideally with residential expertise
