TSA Surveying is representing a well-established specialist property consultancy in Liverpool. With a growing workload from both new clients and repeat business, they are expanding their building surveying team and seeking a Building Surveyor. The team currently includes 45 staff, 20 of whom are building surveyors, supported by admin, quantity surveyors, project managers, and M&E engineers. While most of their work focuses on the education sectorsupporting academy trusts, universities, and local authoritiesthey are expanding into the commercial and residential sectors, having secured repeat business through their commitment to high standards. Last year, the consultancy achieved a £7 million turnover, with £5 million generated by the building surveying team.

This role involves managing projects in the education sector from inception to completion, working on universities, schools, and colleges, with potential to diversify into other sectors as the company grows. Responsibilities include a range of instructions, focusing on design and contract administration for new builds, extensions, refurbishments, and elemental renewal projects.
