Chartered Building Surveyor job required for a commercial property specialist based in Truro, Cornwall. Covering both residential and commercial projects across the Southwest. Offering up to £45,000 + Hybrid Working + Benefits.

Role & Responsibilities

• To oversee the Building Surveying department/portfolio
\n
• Hold regular meetings with Directors/Partners
\n
• Surveying properties and completing reports
\n
• Deal with Planning applications and advise where appropriate on property law, building regulations and health and safety.
\n

\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

\n
• RICS Qualified
\n
• 2 years PQE experience
\n
• Commercial experience
\n
• Management experience is desirable.
\n

\n
