VACANCY: Business Administrator We are looking for a Part Time Business Administrator to support the management team at Adventure TravelThis is a part-time position, working 20hrs per week, reporting directly to the Managing Director.The role will involve the following tasks (not an exhaustive list):·
Obtaining quotes from contractors for business projects and booking in work·
Taking minutes at management meetings and circulating them to managers·
Ordering stationary and office supplies·
Ordering uniform for driving staff·
Undertaking quarterly driving licence checks for driving staff·
Liaising with local authorities over road defects / overgrown vegetation etc.·
Pursuing debtors through the small claims court procedure (systems already in place)·
General administrative / organisation assistance for the Managing Director·
Various other administrative tasks (letter writing, hotel booking, managing asset logs etc.)The ideal candidate will need to possess the following qualities / skills:·
Be incredibly organised, with systems in place to manage projects / orders / tasks·
Be confident in dealing with contractors, colleagues and visitors·
Be able to demonstrate previous organisation skills and task management·
Be able to work on own initiative and prioritise workload·
Be genuinely interested in helping to continually improve our businessWhat will we offer you?·
