Business Analyst - Household & Motor Claims positions available (contract outside IR35)An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to join the Claims team at a leading insurance company. The focus is on enhancing both household and motor insurance products through effective business and IT change management. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in insurance and expertise in Agile methodologies.Key Skills Required:Deep knowledge of household and/or motor insurance claims processes.Proficient in implementing IT and product changes using Agile practices.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Desirable Attributes:Experience with Guidewire Claims Centre or similar platforms.Proven track record in managing and delivering insurance-related projects.This contract is fully remote but will require the candidate to be located in the UK for limited domestic travel.
