Business Process Analyst, CRM£competitive, outside IR35Leading not for profit is seeking experienced Business Analyst to preside over business process improvements and to help support and steer product upgrades as part of wider CRM transformation programme.Experience as a Business Analyst in a not for profit, higher education, third sector, NGO, governmental environment is required. Extra points for having worked on project(s) involving Raisers Edge/Blackbaud CRM...We need someone who can drive business and system changes by engaging key stakeholders, intermediate on key business decisions and influence where required. A dynamic BA with goal-oriented approach and drive to succeed.Essential Key Experience & Skills:Experience working as a BA on CRM upgrade projectsMore business minded than technical analyst experienceComfortable dealing with the ramifications of business/systems change and their effect on the way data is stored, processed and managedGDPR savvyExcellent, direct, intelligent and self assured communicator, likable with the ability to steer key business decisions in an environment of technical and business changeAbility to go to office as required (no regimented onsite requirement)Nice to have:Experience working on a Raiser's Edge product/understanding of some of the functionality (NOT ESSENTIAL)If this sounds like you, please do reach out with your CV and up to date contact details.
