Business Analyst - 12 months - Inside IR35

My client, a leading Energy Provider, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their team for a 12-month contract based in Glasgow. The role is to lead and manage multiple projects in the early stages of planning, ensuring compliance with regulated frameworks and delivering aligned requirements as the projects evolve.

The role is ideal for someone with experience in regulated environments and business change & transformation.

This role offers hybrid working arrangements. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational business background, particularly in Energy, CNI or Utilities sectors.

Key Requirements:

• Experience with regulated compliance programmes
• Familiarity with regulated environments is highly desirable.
• Manage multiple projects starting concurrently, currently in the early stages of planning, with additional requirements to be outlined as the projects progress.
• Background in the energy sector will be considered a strong advantage.
• Strong experience in Business Change & Transformation.
• High level of engagement with SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and stakeholders.
