Business Analyst
Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or service providers? Do you have a strong understanding of ISO management systems and compliance requirements? BlackBox Hosting is a leading private managed cloud provider based in the UK. As we continue to grow within our sector, we are looking for a dynamic Business Analyst to join our team. ISO Compliance and Management:
- Manage documentation and ensure ongoing compliance with ISO requirements.
Legal Compliance and Contractual Management:
- Manage new customer onboarding processes to ensure all legal and contractual requirements are met.
- Review and process a backlog of contracts and legal documents with customers and partners.
- Contract Management:
- Maintain a database of all company contracts with renewal and expiration alerts.
Financial Analysis and Cost Management:
- Verify billing accuracy and ensure compliance with pricing structures.
Support the sales team by providing analytical data and insights during the pre-sales process.
Market and Competitor Analysis:
- Prepare reports on market dynamics and potential business opportunities.
Regularly review supplier performance to ensure compliance with service level agreements.
- Manage and review supplier contracts, including negotiation of terms and monitoring of contract end dates to ensure timely renegotiations.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks related to business operations and supplier dependencies.
- Develop mitigation strategies to manage identified risks.
Project Management Support:
- Assist with the management of key projects, including planning, monitoring, and reporting on project progress.
- Facilitate communication across different departments to ensure alignment with project goals.
Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the MSP or service provider industry.
- Very strong Microsoft Word, outlook and Excel skills
- In-depth knowledge of ISO management systems and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
