Business Analyst- Higher Education-Digital Estates/building management- Lecture recording solutionBusiness Analyst ideally with experience of working within a Higher Education, public sector or similarly complex environment on a variety of business change and IT projects is needed to work with our prestigious Russell Group London University client.The Business Analyst will work within a large central team of Business Analyst within a digital estates change portfolio and will initially be tasked with supporting the implementation and delivery of a new lecture recording solution. Longer term the Business Analyst will support a variety of change initiatives and projects.The Business Analyst will work alongside Agile product teams to design and develop suitable solutions and more effective ‘to-be’ service / process models to support the user community in defining their needs. The Business Analyst will be involved in working with a broad range of stakeholders including users, service owners and product delivery teams to support the business case, project scope definition and full project delivery Lifecyle.Business Analyst- Higher Education- Digital Estates/building management- Lecture recording solution- Essential experienceBusiness analysis experience within a Higher education, public sector or similarly complex environments on a variety of projects of IT projects.Experience within an Agile project environment, delivering IT enabled changeKnowledge of the full project delivery life cycle and experience of delivery across different phases of the projectExperience in workshop facilitation and conducting stakeholder interviews to extract relevant informationExperience in managing own time effectively in an environment of competing end-user demands and time-critical schedules, prioritising simultaneous project work and rapidly evaluating alternate action plans.Excellent core Business Analysis skills including, requirements elicitation and documentation, business process modelling, workflow / scenario / use case modelling and data and system analysis and documentation.Strong stakeholder engagement skills including workshops facilitation and articulating business process concepts to the end users and communicate with colleagues at all levels within the organisation.Business Analyst- Higher Education- Digital Estates/building management- Lecture recording solution- Desirable ExperienceExperience of working on lecture recording solutions or relevant audio record solutions/projects.Professional qualification (e.g. BCS / ISEB Diploma: Business Analysis)Experience in working within a similar Higher Education institution or within a Information Services environment.Experience of working on procurement projects, translating requirements into procurement questions and supporting supplier evaluationsExcellent pension, holiday entitlement and a range of other benefits.Hybrid working with 2 days per week required on site in central London.£50,000 to £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
