Job Description
Business Analyst - Data Strategy - Investment Management - up to £850 per day via umbrella
Our client, a boutique Investment Management organisation, based in the City of London, are looking for a Business Analyst to join them on an initial 12-month contract. You will be joining a highly visible team working across a range of strategic projects within the business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting in the implementation of a brand-new Data Strategy across four main workstreams aiding the expansion plans of the business. Alongside this, you will work across both Business Change and Technology teams to define and document solutions that will be presented back to senior business stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in Investment Management or a Pension Fund
Key Skills:
Extensive experience working as a Business Analyst is essential
Experience implementing Data Strategies across different business areas.
Experience designing, modelling and implementing data models, data dictionaries and data flows is highly desirable
Ability to work across both technical and non-technical teams is highly desirable
Proficiency in SQL, including querying, extracting and migrating data
