Business Analyst: Change & IT: Financial services (Agile) Are you an experienced Business Analyst with an understanding of Agile and Waterfall? Are you looking for an opportunity to join a supportive and progressive team?Working for a leading UK financial organisation, you will form part of a Business Analysis team, supporting a range of IT and business transformation projects using both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies. The ideal candidate will have the experience to lead analysis, to understand current state and proposed go to state and what is needed to move from one to the latter – quantifying the Risks involved. Interacting with senior business and product owners, ends user and analysts across all business functions, you will be the bridge understanding gaps between technical and non-technical departments. You will have worked ideally within financial services but definitely within highly regulated environments. Experience Experience of working alongside a Product Team as a BA and Just In Time analysis working across a mixture of large complex IT and Regulatory projects. Experience of data or SQL projects would also be beneficialPrevious experience in financial servicesExperience and / or knowledge of the function of Product Teams within a business.Strong communication and stakeholder managementExperienced working in recent versions of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)Advance knowledge in following Microsoft tools: Microsoft Excel – using it to manipulate, analyse and present data.PowerPoint – able to produce presentations to a high standard.Analytical experience in extracting and interpreting data into statistical information and presenting to business users. This would be largely remote based - however, the expectation to be able to work onsite at any client site inline with project requirements must be agreed. There are sites across the UK.
