Front Office Business Analyst - London (Hybrid) - 70kCompanyWe are working with one of the largest wholesale energy trading companies across Europe who are looking for a Front Office Business Analyst to be the bridge between their development and trading teams.RoleThey are looking for a Front Office Business Analyst with expertise working in energy/commodity trading environments to work across multiple projects as they look to move into trading new commodities as a business. Your Responsibilities Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs, document requirements, and determine cost-effective solutions.Evaluate and implement user requirements through system design, analysis, testing, training, and documentation.Identify and address pain points and process gaps to implement purpose-fit solutions, serving as a point of contact for requirement clarifications and resolving technical issues.Manage projects to successful completion, including leading cross-functional teams, developing project plans, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful implementation and user training.Key SkillsMinimum 2+ years of experience in a Business Analysis/Product Owner role (ideally within an energy/commodity trading firm)An understanding of implementation or support of OpenLink Endur ETRMWorking knowledge of energy commodities market, including derivatives trading, intraday trading, market risk management and P&L calculationsBenefits Base Salary10% Pension contribution from the companyDiscretionary bonusPrivate Medical InsurancePrivate Dental InsuranceHybrid/Flexible WorkingSponsorship cannot be offered for this role.Apply below with an up to date CV below to set up an initial call.
