Business Analyst

A leading housing association is looking for a Business Analyst to join a small team as the organisation implements a new cloud-based CRM. In this role, you will support the business in implementing the solution, enabling automation, process improvement, and maximising delivery.This is a permanent role, paying a competitive salary.ResponsibilitiesCreating a detailed business analysis in an effort to outline problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business.Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams.Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Identify areas for process optimisation and efficiency enhancement.RequirementsMinimum 3 years Business Analysis experienceExperience working in property management or housing associationsDynamic individual who is resilient and confidentStrong stakeholder management up to and including senior managementExperience working with CRM solutionsImplementation experience with any CRM solution
